(Electrical, Data, Communications & CCTV Cabling)
Following a successful “Design and Construct” Stage 1 Project for Deluca Corporation, Platinum Electrical & Air were awarded the Electrical, Data, Communications and CCTV cabling components of this new Retail Centre in the heart of North Lakes on the Brisbane’s Northside.
The Greenfield site required careful planning and efficient execution during construction to ensure the tight program deadlines were met for some of Australia’s most well-known retail stores.
A new Energex Transformer and culvert was installed to support the electricity supply required by the Centre’s new Main Switchboard and Distribution Boards, supplied and installed by some of Platinum’s finest Electricians.
The Centre is made of up of 15 Commercial Tenancies, including Super Cheap Auto, Anaconda, Spotlight, Beacon Lighting and many other well-known retail stores. Each tenancy, community area and carpark involved various different lighting, power, data and communication installations to satisfy the complex client fit-out specifications, including state of the art LED lighting technology.
